WE REQUEST THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES REMAIN THE SAME. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. IF THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS IS NOT ENTERED, YOUR CARD WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT
PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS PO BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
What is the duration of processing, transportation and handling?
It takes 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday. (If you placed an order on Friday, it will be processed the following business day, which is Monday.)
Orders with express shipping take 2-3 business days.
It takes 7-10 Business Days for International Shipping, depending on your location.
When will the status of my tracking number begin to change?
After 24 hours of receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will be accessible. Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if the message is not in your inbox. If, three days after placing an order, you have not received a tracking number, please contact customer service at 240-702-3779

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, unopened hair extensions may be returned within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order. We have extremely low return rates and are proud of the superior quality of our hair extensions.
Note: Custom coloring sales are non-refundable.
However, we recognize that there may be instances in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than glad to accept unopened, unused, and unaltered hair extensions for returns and exchanges! We are not responsible for stylists who attempt to dye or custom-color virgin hair.
You must contact us at 240-702-3779 prior to refunding your package, within the seven (7) day return window, during business hours.
All Extensions must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, with no packaging defects, or a refund will not be issued.

Please include your order number and reason for return in a note enclosed with your shipment.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, and we recommend sending your return with a tracking number, as StylezGaloree is not liable for lost returns. We suggest using USPS to dispatch your return.
When can I expect to obtain my refund?
After we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the hair extensions have not been opened and the security seal has not been broken, a full refund, minus the original shipping cost, will be issued to the original payment method. Typically, refunds are returned to your card within 24-48 hours of our initiating the refund.
Can I make modifications to my order?
To ensure prompt delivery, all orders are processed daily; therefore, once payment is received, orders CANNOT be modified.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, an exchange is possible within SEVEN (7) days. The hair seal MUST NOT be broken. The hair CANNOT be unraveled, combed, brushed, touched with fingertips, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair has been altered, we will return it to you.
Custom coloring sales are non-refundable.
